RETURNS
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date and must be accompanied with an RGA Number and a copy of the invoice.
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. If an order is refused or returned by the carrier due to an invalid or incomplete address, there will be an additional $10.00 charge to re-ship your order.
- Item(s) must be returned in new and uninstalled condition. If there are any scratches, marks or missing or broken parts your item will not be credited.
- Returns will be refunded minus a $10 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater) and if applicable minus any return shipping costs billed by the carrier such as order refusal or returned to sender.
- Item(s) returned for an exchange will be refunded minus the applicable restocking fee. The new order will then be billed before shipping out.
- All returns will be credited back to the same payment method used when purchased.
